Irby Homes renovated our bathroom. The results look great and the cost was very reasonable. Some of the materials we ordered got delayed, but the builder was flexible and understanding. All the workers were courteous and respectful. They even helped us to replace our HVAC system when it broke down in the middle of the project!

They replaced our deck, installed a new staircase and completed a renovation of the lower level of our home, as well as a couple of other small projects. We are thrilled with the work. He really understood what we needed. Ben was a great communicator, reasonably priced, flexible and great to work with. We hope to hire him and his team again to do more work in the future!

We were VERY happy with the work Irby Homes did on our bathroom! Before it was simply a mess and was barely a functional bathroom, and looked like it was from 1962. Now it looks like a spa! They had excellent communication, they were efficient, and they dealt with the unexpected with professionalism and expertise. We can honestly recommend them wholeheartedly. Finding a great contractor now is tough - but they are the real deal. Life changing!
